A CBD product available in Germany cannot automatically be taken into every other country. For travel, the rules of the destination and transit countries, as well as the specific composition, also matter. A bottle in carry-on luggage is therefore not purely a liquid issue.
First clarify the product and travel route
Note down which product category it is and which ingredients are proven. CBD cosmetics, THC-containing preparations, and doctor-prescribed medicines cannot be equated. Then check every country on your route, including layovers. Rules on possession and rules on import may differ. Permitted use domestically does not automatically mean that personal import is allowed.
Official information instead of country lists
General blog lists of permitted and prohibited countries can quickly become outdated. For your specific trip, use up-to-date information from customs, the relevant health authorities, or foreign representations. In case of conflicting information, you should state the specific product type and composition. The designation THC-free alone is not a worldwide import pass. Carry-on luggage and original packaging

A test report can make the composition more traceable, but does not grant import permission. Check liquid and packaging requirements immediately before the trip. A general statement about any flight route would not be reliable.
If a clear approval is missing
A vacation is not a suitable occasion to test an unclear import rule. Shipping to a vacation address is also not automatically a permitted alternative. If medications are needed, their carriage should be clarified in good time with the appropriate medical and official authorities. Cosmetic CBD products, on the other hand, are no substitute for necessary therapy. The safe decision is based on up-to-date information about the specific country and product.
