How do I dose CBD correctly?

For the best effect, CBD oil should be dropped directly under the tongue onto the mucous membrane and held in the mouth for about 30 to 60 seconds. This allows the CBD oil to be absorbed directly by the mucous membranes. Take the oil in front of a mirror if you find it difficult to count the individual drops. It may also be useful to swallow any liquid in your mouth or rinse your mouth with some water before taking it. Alternatively, you can drop the oil onto a spoon and then take it.
