Application
Start with 4-5 drops in the morning and evening for best results. Depending on how you react, you can adjust the amount as needed. The drops are best placed directly under the tongue and held there for about 30-60 seconds, allowing the CBD to be absorbed particularly effectively.
However, be careful not to take more than 12 drops twice a day. Since everyone reacts differently to CBD, your ideal dose may vary. If you are very sensitive, it may make sense to start with an even lower dose and gradually increase it.
