Application
Start with 2–3 sprays per application to get to know your body's individual reaction. The maximum daily amount of 12 sprays should not be exceeded.
They are best applied directly under the tongue and held there for about 30–60 seconds, allowing the CBD to be absorbed particularly effectively.
