Application
Start with a low dosage of 1-2 drops per day to get to know your body's reaction. If necessary, slowly and carefully increase the amount until you achieve the optimal effect for you. Since this oil has a particularly high concentration, we recommend a careful adjustment of the dosage.
The drops are best placed directly under the tongue and held there for about 30–60 seconds, so the CBD can be absorbed particularly effectively.
The maximum daily amount of ten drops should not be exceeded. Please note that factors such as body weight, metabolism and individual sensitivity can play a role and the ideal dosage varies from person to person.

Full-spectrum CBD oil contains the full spectrum of natural cannabinoids, terpenes, and other compounds found in the hemp plant, including THC (typically below the legal limit of 0.2% in most countries). In addition to full-spectrum CBD oils, there are also broad-spectrum and isolate CBD oils.
