Application
Sun – 10% Golden CBD Oil:
Take 4–5 drops in the morning or as needed during the day. Supports calm, focus, and natural balance.
Moon – 10% CBD Sleep Oil:
Take 3–4 drops approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. The ideal amount can be adjusted individually.
The drops are best placed directly under the tongue and held there for about 30–60 seconds, allowing the CBD to be absorbed particularly effectively. Since every body reacts differently, it is recommended to find the dose slowly.
