Application
5% CBD Oil – for the day:
Take 4–5 drops in the morning or during the day as needed. Perfect for more calm, inner balance, and relaxation in everyday life.
10% CBD Sleep Oil – for the night:
Take 3–4 drops approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Adjust slowly if necessary to achieve the optimal effect.
The drops are best placed directly under the tongue and held there for about 30–60 seconds, allowing the CBD to be absorbed particularly effectively. Since every body reacts differently, it is recommended to slowly increase the dosage.

Full-spectrum CBD oil contains the full spectrum of natural cannabinoids, terpenes, and other compounds found in the hemp plant, including THC (typically below the legal limit of 0.2% in most countries).
